Sr. Manager, Value Realization

Location: Remote, United States; based in New York, New York, with an in-person interview at a hirify.global location potentially required before hiring

Salary: USD 150,000–170,000 yearly, bonus eligible

What you will do

• Define and evolve the value realization approach across enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Build frameworks for identifying, sizing, governing, and tracking value across programs and workstreams.
• Develop business cases, assumptions, benefits models, financial and operational metrics, dashboards, and executive-ready reporting.
• Support prioritization and sequencing decisions by assessing value, feasibility, timing, dependencies, tradeoffs, and risks.
• Partner with Finance, business leaders, initiative owners, transformation teams, and technology teams to validate assumptions and realized impact.
• Connect operating model changes, process optimization, global delivery, AI and automation, and third-party spend to measurable business results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Finance, Business, Operations, Strategy, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in value realization, FP&A, transformation finance, strategic operations, consulting, program leadership, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills, including the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data.
• Experience building business cases, benefits frameworks, and executive reporting.
• Experience supporting cross-functional transformation, operating model, or portfolio initiatives at the enterprise level.
• Ability to translate program activity and operational change into practical business and financial implications.
• Strong strategic thinking with a bias for execution and follow-through.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional partnership skills.
• Comfort operating in dynamic environments with evolving priorities and multiple stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting enterprise transformation, cost transformation, or portfolio governance efforts.
• Experience partnering closely with Finance and initiative leaders in matrixed environments.
• Experience in media, entertainment, broadcast, or technology environments.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools, Excel-based modeling, workflow platforms, or transformation reporting tools.
• Experience working across value levers such as labor, non-labor, process optimization, automation, or operating model change.
