Manager, AI Project Management - Global Marketing Services (AI)

Location: Hybrid, hirify.global San Francisco Office in Mission Rock, United States; at least 3 days in the office per week, generally 50% or more. Travel required 5–10% of the time. hirify.global is not offering relocation assistance.

Salary: $136,000–$217,000 USD per year; bonus and equity may also be available.

What you will do

• Manage program timelines, milestones, dependencies, critical-path items, standups, milestone reviews, and the master plan across four AI Transformation workstreams.
• Maintain the RAID log, identify AI-specific risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate delivery risks and resource constraints.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, executive updates, steering committee materials, and coordinate cross-workstream delivery.
• Lead the Marketing Services operational knowledge-base workstream, including content inventory, collection, metadata tagging, taxonomy, gap tracking, sign-off, and AI readiness.
• Manage dependencies and trade-off decisions across workstreams while coordinating with Technology, Marketing Services, Finance, Legal, Privacy, Risk, Compliance, and subject-matter experts.
• Support responsible AI, governance, regulatory, compliance, and hirify.global standards for AI-enabled offerings and pilots.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of work experience with a Bachelor's degree, or at least 6 years with an advanced degree such as a Master's, MBA, or PhD.
• Experience in program management, project management, or management consulting, including complex programs with multiple concurrent workstreams, dependencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI project requirements, including data readiness, experimentation cycles, and responsible AI considerations.
• Understanding of LLM-based solutions, generative AI technology stacks, prompt engineering, and the data and infrastructure requirements for AI-agent development.
• Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
• Experience with RAID management, milestone tracking, critical-path analysis, status reporting, and delivery-risk escalation.
• Experience with program and project management tools such as Wrike, Jira Align, MS Project, or similar; and with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex cross-functional programs with measurable business impact in a global, matrixed organization.
• Practical familiarity with metadata tagging, taxonomy design, and preparing content for AI ingestion, with the ability to partner with data experts.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder-management, organization, follow-through, collaboration, and ability to operate in ambiguity and fast-paced matrixed environments.

Nice to have

• 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's degree, or at least 7 years with an advanced degree.
• Hands-on experience with a range of AI tools and platforms and using AI to streamline operations and deliver measurable business impact.
• PMP, PgMP, or similar program management certification.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking skills.
• Familiarity with payments, banking, fintech, or card products.
