Manager / Senior Manager – AI Transformation

Location: Hybrid, United States of America, Eagan, Minnesota. Other listed location: Frisco, Texas, United States of America.

Base compensation: $100,100–$185,900 USD per year, with potential eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Structure ambiguous business and technology problems into actionable plans with hypotheses, workstreams, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Translate business strategy into program plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and benefits realization.
• Build business cases, cost/value models, and performance dashboards using data to support decisions.
• Lead complex, cross-functional programs from conception through completion across multiple business domains and technologies.
• Maintain governance structures, PMO standards, operating rhythms, tools, and delivery methodologies.
• Manage senior stakeholders, steering committees, risks, dependencies, status reporting, and shifting portfolio priorities.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in management consulting, Big 4, strategy or technology consulting, or equivalent in-house transformation roles.
• Experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple business domains and technologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-structuring, and executive presentation skills.
• Proven ability to lead ambiguous initiatives from scoping through delivery while managing competing priorities.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Eagan, Minnesota, United States.

Nice to have

• Exposure to AI or data transformation programs, AI adoption, platform modernization, or automation-driven change.
• Experience in regulated or professional services industries such as legal, financial services, tax, or compliance.
• Comfort working with enterprise-grade governance and risk standards.
