Customer Care cum Admin Executive (Animal Nutrition)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, countries, districts, and customer enquiries.
• Manage customer orders and the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, including order placement, documentation, system updates, and reporting.
• Coordinate production or supply sources, import shipments, third-party deliveries, trading flows, and intercompany transactions.
• Apply Just-In-Time principles and work with sales, logistics, procurement, production, and supply chain teams to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Keep customers informed about order status, shipment schedules, and potential delays while supporting process improvements.
• Support forecasting and demand planning across Indonesia, analyze forecast performance and market drivers, and provide variance analysis and insights to the Indonesia team.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic understanding of the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, including the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Experience with data analytics or reporting tools such as Power BI.
