Manager Channel Sales (Retail)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end channel operations, including forecasting, channel and retail planning, distributor management, account management, and in-market execution.
• Maximize channel sales and profitability by setting targets, defining pricing strategies, and managing trade terms.
• Develop strategic account plans, review customer performance, and expand distribution across existing and new channels.
• Align with regional and local marketing teams to design and execute customer sales, promotion, merchandising, and planogramming plans.
• Analyze market information and identify opportunities for new product distribution and market-share growth.
• Lead, coach, and develop country sales and merchandising teams.

Requirements

• University degree in business management, marketing, or an equivalent field.
• 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing within a local retail environment, preferably FMCG.
• Experience in hypermarket selling or distributor management.
• Proven track record in sales and key account management.
• Strong operational, commercial, stakeholder-management, and people skills.
