Pre-Sales Engineer, Global Team (Security Systems)

Location: On-site in Jakarta, Indonesia, or Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. International business travel is required.

What you will do

• Conduct technical seminars, webinars, training sessions, presentations, and product demonstrations for partners and company employees.
• Develop and implement technical solutions aligned with client business objectives and support complex integration projects.
• Participate in new product launches and test new devices and third-party integrations.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Support, QA, BA, and PM teams.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Participate in industry conferences and events and travel internationally for business purposes.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, and the ability to present and justify technical solutions.
• Experience delivering presentations, webinars, and training sessions.
• Ability to quickly learn and understand new technical information.
• Ability to assess client needs, propose optimal solutions, adapt to changes in processes or client requirements, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
• Experience with security, video surveillance, access control, fire alarm, and automation systems, including system design, installation, and maintenance.
• Solid knowledge of electronics, including electronic components and circuit diagrams.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) English proficiency.
