Sr Lead Culture Transformation Partner

Salary: $124,920–$237,480 annually for a full-time schedule; location-specific ranges may apply. Eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Translate enterprise culture priorities and leadership behaviors into manager guides, team activities, communications, and practical resources.
• Support leaders and managers in applying listening, recognition, accountability, simpler ways of working, and appropriate decision-making practices.
• Plan and deliver change activities covering stakeholder engagement, readiness, communications, enablement, and follow-up.
• Coordinate with HRBPs, Talent, Learning, Communications, business partners, culture advocates, and local partners to adapt and implement initiatives.
• Review engagement surveys, listening feedback, and culture measures to identify themes, develop action plans, and recommend improvements.
• Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, status reporting, risks, blockers, and escalation for assigned culture workstreams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Culture Transformation, Change Management, Employee Engagement, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide organizational change and culture initiatives.
• Ability to work across global and cross-functional stakeholder groups.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with employee listening platforms such as Glint or similar tools, including engagement action planning.
• Certification in Change Management, such as Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent.
• Experience working in a global matrix organization.
• Knowledge of organizational culture frameworks and employee engagement methodologies.
• Experience using employee survey platforms and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with leadership development and organizational effectiveness programs.
