What you will do

• Drive aviation business development in Hong Kong.
• Develop relationships with airlines, MROs, aerospace manufacturers, aviation suppliers, and leasing companies.
• Manage and grow assigned aviation accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
• Lead customer engagement, RFQs, solution development, and contract negotiations.
• Act as the subject matter expert for aviation logistics and critical shipment management.
• Collaborate with global and regional aviation teams to develop industry-specific solutions.

Requirements

• University degree and 5+ years of experience in aviation logistics, freight forwarding, airline cargo, MRO logistics, or aerospace supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of the aviation industry ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of aircraft engine, AOG, and critical spare-parts logistics flows.
• Strong understanding of aviation cargo compliance and operational requirements.
• Strong understanding of time-critical and multimodal transportation solutions.
• Established relationships and a network within MRO organizations, airlines and aviation service providers, and aerospace OEMs and suppliers.
• Proven track record in business development and account growth within the aviation sector.
