What you will do

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Map and improve business processes.
• Produce user stories, functional requirements, and process documentation.
• Translate business needs into practical solutions with technical teams.
• Support system enhancements, Salesforce initiatives, product development, and transformation projects.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst across business and technology change.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Commercial awareness and a calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure.
• Experience across discovery, requirements gathering, and delivery support.

Nice to have

• Power BI experience.
• UX or customer journey mapping exposure.
• CRM project experience.
• Salesforce knowledge or experience.
• Experience with bespoke or in-house systems.
