Lead Business Analyst (Infrastructure Services)

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of business analysts.
• Manage the end-to-end business analysis process, from requirements gathering and documentation through solution design and implementation support.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical leads, and business stakeholders to translate complex needs into actionable requirements.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Develop business cases, functional specifications, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
• Support testing by reviewing test plans and scenarios and assisting with user acceptance testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive Business Analyst experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or senior capacity.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with business process modeling tools such as Visio or Lucidchart and project management software.

Nice to have

• Experience in the infrastructure services sector.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA certification.
