Senior Business Systems Analyst (Oracle ERP Cloud)

Location: United States; remote-first role with office spaces in San Jose, California and Draper, Utah.

Estimated salary: $107,800–$151,800 USD annually, depending on geographic zone, experience, expertise, and location.

What you will do

• Serve as the functional lead for the Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation across Record to Report, Procure to Pay, and Order to Cash.
• Lead post-go-live support, issue triage, root cause analysis, resolution, system enhancements, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to analyze processes, pain points, and goals and recommend scalable ERP solutions.
• Gather and document business requirements, functional design documents, process flows, and configuration specifications; configure Oracle ERP Cloud modules and manage changes across environments.
• Plan and execute testing, including test scripts, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing, and support defect resolution through sign-off.
• Support ERP integrations, close activities, audit and SOX compliance requests, release and change management, end-user training, and collaboration with offshore technical, data, security, infrastructure, and integration teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience as an ERP Business Systems Analyst or functional consultant, including significant Oracle ERP Cloud/Fusion experience.
• Strong functional expertise across Record to Report, Procure to Pay, and Order to Cash, including General Ledger, Subledger Accounting, Payables, Receivables, Procurement, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.
• Hands-on Oracle Fusion configuration and testing experience, including at least one full-cycle Oracle ERP Cloud implementation and post-go-live support and enhancements.
• Experience working directly with business users and strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes.
• Experience supporting month-end and quarter-end close, ERP integrations, and internal and external audit, controls, and compliance requirements.
• Experience working with offshore technical teams.
• Strong skills in documenting business requirements and functional design documents.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to business audiences and business needs to technical teams.
