Lead Analyst, IT - Business Process Management (SAP)

Location: Remote

Salary: $100,200–$167,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Lead Source-to-Procure business capabilities across sourcing, procurement, supplier management, purchasing, and related supply chain processes.
• Define future-state processes, facilitate fit-to-standard workshops, and lead solution design discussions with business stakeholders, process owners, architects, developers, and delivery partners.
• Translate business requirements into SAP solutions, functional specifications, configuration strategies, and design recommendations.
• Lead workstream activities from design through deployment, including SIT, UAT, production readiness, cutover, deployment, and hypercare support.
• Define integration requirements, support interface design and testing, troubleshoot process and integration issues, and align connected enterprise applications.
• Drive process standardization, automation, procurement analytics, data quality, compliance, documentation, knowledge transfer, and solution adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience supporting SAP, ERP, or enterprise applications.
• Experience supporting Source-to-Procure, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain business processes.
• Experience translating business requirements into SAP solutions and driving fit-to-standard process and solution adoption.
• Experience leading business process workshops and solution design discussions.
• Experience participating in ERP implementations, upgrades, or business transformation initiatives.
• Experience coordinating activities across business stakeholders, delivery teams, and implementation partners.
• Experience with system integrations, enterprise application connectivity, or cross-functional process design.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement, SAP Materials Management, SAP Supplier Lifecycle Management, SAP Business Network, SAP Integration Suite, SAP BTP, SAP Fiori, or SAP Signavio experience.
• API, IDoc, REST, SOAP, or OData integration experience.
• Strategic Sourcing or Supplier Management experience.
• SAP certification in a relevant discipline.
