Location: Remote within the United States; San Francisco, CA is listed, with an EST preference and flexibility required across international time zones.

What you will do

• Design and manage cloud environments for high availability, performance, and security.
• Provide infrastructure support and troubleshoot issues for development and operations teams.
• Coordinate integrations between host systems and global third-party logistics warehouse management systems.
• Partner with international stakeholders, vendors, and regional counterparts across Asia, Europe, and Japan.
• Streamline supply chain workflows across distributed logistics operations.

Requirements

• Strong background in supply chain operations, warehouse management systems, and third-party logistics coordination.
• Experience with Gap environments and complex system-to-3PL integrations.
• Hands-on experience managing and securing cloud infrastructure for enterprise needs.
• Excellent cross-cultural and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States and coordinate across international time zones, with a preference for EST.
