Solution Architect, Identity Security

Location: US-based remote; East Coast/Eastern Time preferred. Willingness to travel to customers and events as needed.

Total compensation: $200,000–$250,000, potentially including sales incentives, equity, or benefits.

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery, assess customer environments, and design end-to-end solutions across cloud, identity, and security programs.
• Deliver technically rigorous demos, workshops, and deep dives for technical stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
• Partner with Sales leadership on strategic deals, shaping technical strategy, building bespoke prototypes and POCs, and guiding evaluation criteria.
• Translate customer needs into actionable Product insights and influence roadmap priorities.
• Enable partners with technical patterns, knowledge, and materials for joint wins and scalable deployments.
• Create reference architectures, playbooks, and reusable assets for go-to-market and customer success teams.

Requirements

• Technical depth gained in customer-facing, engineering, or product roles.
• Ability to work deeply with technical subjects and explain complex systems clearly to varied audiences, from IAM leaders to C-suite decision-makers.
• Experience designing architectures, building POCs, and producing technical collateral such as reference designs and playbooks.
• Comfort partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and, when needed, R&D; a field-oriented approach with strong customer empathy and bias for action.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with confidence leading strategic conversations and aligning diverse stakeholders.
• US-based location is required; East Coast/Eastern Time is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to customers and events as needed is required.

Nice to have

• Background in cybersecurity and/or identity.
• Experience with IAM/PAM, secrets management, and/or cloud security.
