Domain Consultant - Idira (Identity Security)

Location: Remote role covering the UK&I region; London, United Kingdom. Travel within the assigned territory and other locations is required approximately 30% of the time.

What you will do

• Provide technical pre-sales support through solution demonstrations, architecture reviews, and customer consultations.
• Design standard approaches for securing human and non-human identities using Zero-Trust principles.
• Lead technical customer proof-of-concepts and manage the technology evaluation stage of sales engagements.
• Develop tailored access concepts and solutions for complex customer infrastructure and data center environments.
• Build customer and partner relationships, support seminars and industry trade shows, and identify new sales opportunities.
• Share customer requirements with Product Management and mentor other Solutions Engineers when appropriate.

Requirements

• 5+ years of pre-sales and/or professional services experience in a high-tech sales environment.
• Strong knowledge of cloud solutions, including IaaS, SaaS, PaaS, Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
• Experience with cloud security, cloud architecture, and directory services such as AD and Entra ID.
• Experience with identity, access, security, systems, or policy management, particularly IAM, PAM, or IGA.
• Ability to assess customer needs, design effective solutions, communicate with technical and business stakeholders, and remove sales obstacles.
• Degree in MIS, Computer Science, IT, or Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience; CISSP or CISA certification is desirable.

• Industry-recognized CISSP or CISA certification.
