CyberArk PAM Consultant (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Administer, support, and maintain an on-premises CyberArk/Idira Privileged Access Management environment.
• Manage privileged accounts, credentials, safes, access controls, account onboarding, and automated password rotation.
• Configure and support CyberArk Credential Providers and integrations with applications and infrastructure.
• Integrate and troubleshoot PAM across Linux/Unix, SSH, Oracle databases, monitoring, event management, and security platforms.
• Monitor infrastructure health, investigate incidents, perform performance tuning, and resolve availability, connectivity, and credential management issues.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, database, application, Linux/Unix, and cybersecurity teams while maintaining technical documentation and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience administering, supporting, and troubleshooting CyberArk PAM in an on-premises environment.
• Experience managing privileged accounts, credentials, access controls, account discovery, and password rotation.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems and SSH authentication.
• Experience troubleshooting PAM components, integrations, and production support issues.
• Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, database, and application support teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with CyberArk Alero, Vendor PAM, Vendor Remote Access, or comparable third-party privileged access solutions.
• Experience with CyberArk Privileged Threat Analytics (PTA).
• Experience with CyberArk Credential Providers, application credential integrations, and Oracle database accounts.
• Experience with SIEM, event management, monitoring integrations, performance tuning, and capacity management.
