Customer Technology Advisor – Identity, PAM & Zero Trust

What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CISOs, chief risk officers, security leaders, and senior business stakeholders.
• Advise clients on Identity, Privileged Access Management, Zero Trust, digital trust, and identity modernization initiatives.
• Lead executive workshops, assessments, roadmap discussions, and target-state architecture conversations focused on risk reduction and business outcomes.
• Identify, qualify, and shape IAM, PAM, and Zero Trust opportunities across existing and prospective accounts.
• Support pipeline generation, proposals, pursuits, renewals, expansions, and solution transitions in collaboration with sales, consulting, delivery, and alliance teams.
• Represent hirify.global in the Canadian cybersecurity market, mentor colleagues, and contribute to Identity and Zero Trust capability development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IAM, PAM, Zero Trust, or security architecture.
• Experience in consultative advisory, pre-sales, business development, or security transformation engagements.
• Strong understanding of identity-centric security architectures and Zero Trust frameworks.
• Experience with IAM and PAM platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk, SailPoint, Okta, or Ping Identity.
• Ability to build executive relationships, influence decision-makers, and translate technical security concepts into measurable business outcomes.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in consulting, systems integration, managed services, or cybersecurity advisory organizations.
• Executive cybersecurity contacts within the Canadian market.
• Alliance-driven pursuit experience with Microsoft, CyberArk, SailPoint, Okta, or similar partners.
• Experience with large enterprise or regulated-industry clients.
• CISSP, CCSP, TOGAF, SABSA, Microsoft, CyberArk, or SailPoint certifications, or a relevant bachelor's degree.
