Lead Learning Experience Designer (AI)

Location: Irving, Texas, United States. Full-time onsite role performed from the designated work location five days per week. No relocation is offered.

Salary: $105,600–$158,400 USD annually.

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to design and develop high-impact learning solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
• Design blended learning solutions, including curricula, e-learning modules, storyboards, facilitator guides, learner materials, assessments, job aids, and performance support tools.
• Create learning experiences with clear objectives, meaningful practice opportunities, strong learner engagement, accessibility, usability, and on-the-job application.
• Prototype, test, evaluate, and refine learning solutions using learner feedback, stakeholder input, and performance data.
• Manage multiple projects, deliverables, and timelines according to enterprise standards and instructional design best practices.
• Provide thought leadership and mentor less experienced team members on learning design methodologies and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, talent development, or training, or a bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Education, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience designing blended learning solutions across multiple delivery channels.
• Experience developing enterprise learning solutions from concept through implementation.
• Knowledge of adult learning and instructional design methods.
• Experience with scenario-based learning and performance support design.
• Experience with learning technologies, authoring tools, and AI-enabled design.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into engaging learning experiences and use data, feedback, and performance metrics to improve learning effectiveness.
