What you will do

• Design instructor-led training and supporting assets, including job aids, quick-reference guides, and interactive modules.
• Translate technical documentation, enterprise systems, and complex business processes into clear, practical, learner-centered materials.
• Apply instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and Action Mapping to create performance-focused learning solutions.
• Partner with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to define priorities, success criteria, and design improvements.
• Manage multiple workstreams, timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and the full instructional design lifecycle from intake through delivery.
• Use feedback loops to refine training materials as business needs evolve.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in a related field.
• At least three years of experience in classroom facilitation, instructional design, and professional content creation.
• Strong visual design skills for clean, professional presentations and digital assets.
• Deep knowledge of instructional design principles and learning science, including multimedia learning principles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the complete instructional design lifecycle with minimal oversight.

Nice to have

• Experience with technical systems, complex manufacturing workflows, or operational processes.
• Experience with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva.
• Experience developing eLearning or blended-learning solutions.
