TL;DR

Senior Learning Experience Designer (Technical & Process): Lead cradle-to-grave development of training solutions that drive enterprise system and complex process adoption with an accent on instructional strategy, complex simplification, and performance-focused learning interventions. Focus on translating technical documentation into engaging ILT, blended, and digital learning assets while diagnosing performance gaps and iterating with stakeholders.

What you will do

  • Design and develop instructor-led training (ILT) and supporting learning assets such as job aids, quick-reference guides, and interactive modules.
  • Simplify complex, process-heavy technical content into clear, learner-centered materials using scenarios, storytelling, and real-world use cases.
  • Apply instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, Action Mapping) to change behavior and improve performance, not just teach button-clicking.
  • Partner with SMEs and business stakeholders to define priorities and success criteria, then iterate based on real-time feedback.
  • Manage multiple workstreams with minimal oversight by tracking timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Continuously refine training materials through feedback loops as business needs evolve.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in classroom facilitation, instructional design, and professional content creation.
  • Strong visual design capability for clean, professional layouts in presentations and digital assets focused on usability and clarity.
  • Deep understanding of instructional design principles and learning science (e.g., Mayer’s multimedia learning principles).
  • Proven ability to own the full instructional design lifecycle from intake and analysis through design, development, and delivery.

Nice to have

  • Experience with technical systems, complex manufacturing workflows, or high-level operational processes.
  • Experience with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva.
  • Experience developing eLearning or blended-learning solutions beyond traditional classroom settings.
