Sr. Workday Analyst

Salary: $89,300–$165,800 per year, with potential eligibility for annual incentives

What you will do

• Configure and maintain Workday business processes, security, organizations, reports, dashboards, calculated fields, notifications, and integration support.
• Develop solutions across Workday HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Absence, and Payroll support functions.
• Analyze requirements, translate them into scalable configurations, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Lead Workday improvement projects from requirements capture through deployment and serve as the functional lead for releases, feature adoption, and optimization.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, and production deployments with implementation partners and external consultants.
• Partner with HR, Shared Services, Payroll, Finance, and Compliance teams on recommendations, education, change management, data governance, audit readiness, and end-user adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Workday experience.
• Hands-on Workday configuration, security, and reporting experience in at least four of these areas: HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, or Absence.
• Experience supporting a global organization.
• Agile experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Workday Pro certification(s).
