Associate Director, Recruitment

Location: United States — Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY

Base salary: $85,000–$100,000 USD annually. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including preparation, sourcing, screening, selection, scheduling, and hiring.
• Prioritize multiple openings and maintain active, diverse, and healthy candidate pipelines across VaynerX locations.
• Partner with hiring managers and hiring teams to define technical requirements, create job descriptions, establish interview processes, and develop assessments.
• Develop sourcing strategies, recruitment programs, events, and campaigns to build candidate awareness and pipelines.
• Manage candidate communications and deliver a thoughtful, responsive, and transparent candidate experience.
• Recommend improvements to employment brand strategy and collaborate with the Talent team on process improvements and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting across multiple disciplines.
• Experience designing and transforming processes and programs aligned with company values.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS and other workforce systems.
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers to create job descriptions, interview processes, and interview assessments.
• Commitment to building and supporting diverse and inclusive teams and cultures.
• An empathetic approach to building relationships based on trust and transparency with candidates and hiring managers.
