Senior Account Executive, Intel & FedCiv

Location: College Park, Maryland, United States; onsite, hybrid, or fully remote from one of the offices. Travel up to 50%. Active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. person status are required due to export controls and government contract restrictions.

Base salary: $144,000–$180,000 USD. Expected OTE: $300,000; total compensation also includes commission, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Shape sales strategy for civilian agencies and the intelligence community using customer and market insights.
• Generate new business and expand existing accounts across agencies including DOT, DOC, NASA, DOE, CIA, NSA, DIA, and NGA.
• Own deals from initial conversation through signed contract, delivery handoff, and leadership updates.
• Define territory success metrics and develop expertise in customer needs, competitors, and hirify.global's advantages across SAR, DevSecOps, AI, and quantum offerings.
• Coordinate customer success, technical program management, finance, legal, and other partners throughout the sales and delivery process.
• Represent hirify.global at conferences and industry events with the Marketing team.

Requirements

• At least 7 years selling into civilian government or intelligence community customers, or equivalent experience, including exposure to large, multi-million-dollar deals.
• Experience with agencies such as DOT, DOC, NASA, DOE, CIA, NSA, DIA, or NGA.
• Established relationships with senior leaders across civilian agencies and/or the intelligence community.
• Proven ability to win business in new or emerging markets and build an account base.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to align cross-functional teams and present compelling business cases.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience selling both hardware and software into production environments for federal customers.
• Technical foundation in space systems, ISR, SAR, RF/PNT, networking, cybersecurity, AI/ML, or quantum.
• Experience at a fast-growing company navigating an early or emerging market.
• Comfort working with ambiguity, new products, and rapid scaling.
• Experience on a distributed or remote sales team.
• Existing relationships within civilian agencies or the intelligence community.
