Transportation Adjuster-Bilingual

Location: Remote, TX; fully remote within the United States.

Salary: $70,000–$83,500 per year.

What you will do

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve personal auto and commercial transportation-related claims.
• Handle collision, cargo, property damage, bodily injury, and other commercial liability exposures.
• Manage moderate-complexity claims involving attorney-represented bodily injury exposures and moderate litigation activity.
• Perform coverage analysis and make claim strategy decisions in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, insureds, attorneys, medical providers, and other stakeholders to achieve timely and accurate claim resolution.
• Maintain dependable attendance and availability during established work hours.

Requirements

• 5+ years of liability or transportation claims experience.
• Fluent spoken and written Spanish; bilingual proficiency is required.
• Active adjuster license(s) and any claims adjusting licenses required by the applicable jurisdiction.
• Strong knowledge of liability claims handling practices.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple claims while maintaining quality and service standards.
• Proficiency with claims management systems and related technology.

Nice to have

• Experience handling bodily injury, CGL, or transportation-related claims.
• Experience handling trucking claims, including DOT regulations and federal compliance.
• Exposure to high-exposure or litigated claims.
• Familiarity with cargo, environmental, or multi-party liability claims.
• Multi-state claims handling experience.
