Location: Hybrid, Las Vegas, Nevada, United States

Annual base salary: $85,600–$141,200. Eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000.

What you will do

• Manage an active caseload of complex bodily injury and property damage liability claims and related litigation from first notice of loss through resolution.
• Investigate claims, determine coverage, evaluate liability and damages, establish reserves, and issue accurate payments within authority.
• Communicate with customers, claimants, attorneys, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout the claim lifecycle.
• Negotiate settlements, coordinate claim investigations, and support litigation management strategies with counsel.
• Maintain accurate claim records, improve claims practices, and adopt new technology, including AI-enabled tools.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Claim Representatives and Associate Claim Representatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; a high school diploma or GED is required.
• At least two years of bodily injury liability, property damage liability, or comparable claims experience; three years preferred.
• At least two years of litigation claims experience preferred.
• Active adjuster license where required by state law and the ability to obtain and maintain relevant insurance licenses within three months of starting.
• Experience with claims management systems, enterprise technology platforms, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong investigation, policy interpretation, communication, organization, conflict resolution, negotiation, decision-making, and customer service skills.
