Talent Acquisition Specialist (SAP)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; onsite role. Up to 25 days per year of remote work from any global location is available as a benefit.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical consulting roles supporting digital transformation projects.
• Collaborate with delivery and business development teams to understand project pipelines and upcoming talent needs.
• Match internal or external consultants to project roles based on skills, experience, and availability.
• Contribute to RFIs and RFPs by identifying and detailing available resources.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and referrals; conduct screening interviews and coordinate technical assessments and interviews.
• Maintain ATS and resource pool records, support offer preparation and contract coordination, communicate during onboarding, track recruitment metrics, and represent Fusion at networking and recruitment events.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a consulting or project-based environment.
• Experience sourcing technical consultants for IT, data, or digital roles.
• Experience sourcing SAP consultants.
• Familiarity with staffing processes in professional services or delivery-based organizations.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems such as LinkedIn Recruiter, SmartRecruiters, or Greenhouse.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, including the ability to work across global teams.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Fluent English.
• Understanding of the contracting and employment market in Spain and/or the EU.
