Talent Hunter Internship

Location: Málaga, Spain; on-site for the full duration

Company

International recruitment agency specializing in multilingual talent and connecting candidates with career opportunities abroad.

What you will do

• Source and headhunt candidates through databases, LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
• Create and publish job advertisements.
• Screen candidates by phone and match them with suitable opportunities.
• Manage candidate pipelines in internal systems.
• Present candidates to clients, coordinate interviews, and follow up throughout the recruitment process.
• Build relationships with candidates and clients while collaborating with recruiters and the manager.

Requirements

• Fluent English.
• Minimum four-month internship commitment; six months preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, recruitment, or a prior internship.
• Target-driven, proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive mindset and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work on-site in Málaga for the full duration.

Nice to have

• German, Dutch, or a Nordic language.
