What you will do

• Source and headhunt candidates using LinkedIn, Job Boards, Social Media, and internal databases.
• Create and publish creative job advertisements to attract target talent.
• Screen candidates via phone to assess fit and match them with suitable roles.
• Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate the interview process with clients.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Collaborate with the international recruitment team and report to the Manager.

Requirements

• Fluent English proficiency.
• Must be a university student (a formal agreement between the university and the company is required).
• Availability for a minimum 4-6 month internship.
• Must be able to work on-site in Málaga for the full duration.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, recruitment, or a prior internship.
• Target-driven mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
