Technical Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: Hybrid work model with an office in Barcelona; must be based in Austin or able to work regularly from the Austin hub.

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers across technical teams to define requirements, challenge assumptions, and shape search strategies.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake and sourcing through screening, interviews, offers, and closing.
• Build technical talent pipelines across Engineering, AI, Data Science, Product, Cloud, Security, and DevOps.
• Engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, market mapping, niche communities, and direct outreach.
• Represent hirify.global throughout the candidate journey and maintain a professional, engaging experience.
• Maintain accurate ATS data, track hiring activity, identify bottlenecks, and improve recruiting processes and employer branding.

Requirements

• Proven full-cycle recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience with strong exposure to technical hiring.
• Experience recruiting for Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, Data Engineering, Product Engineering, Cloud, Security, DevOps, or similar functions.
• Strong hands-on sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, passive outreach, referrals, and talent-pool building.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup, scale-up, agency, RPO, or high-volume recruiting environment.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and pipelines while maintaining quality, structure, and attention to detail.
• Fluent English is essential, and candidates must be based in Austin or able to work regularly from the Austin hub.

• Experience recruiting for AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Research, or specialised technical roles.
• Background in healthtech, biotech, clinical technology, SaaS, deeptech, or AI companies.
• Agency recruitment experience in technical staffing or startup-focused search.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Jira, or similar tools.
• Interest in AI, healthcare, clinical research, or drug development.
