What you will do

• Build hirify.global's first dedicated talent acquisition function and recruiting engine.
• Source top candidates directly for technical and go-to-market roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Own recruiting processes end to end and deliver a strong candidate experience.
• Use AI and workflow tools to support fast, high-volume hiring without compromising quality.

Requirements

• Experience across both technical and go-to-market hiring.
• Strong direct sourcing and recruiting capabilities.
• Ability to manage the full hiring process independently.
• Comfort working closely with hiring managers as a strategic partner.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup at the Barcelona headquarters.
