IT Operations Engineer (AI)

Location: New York City, United States; onsite five days a week in the office.

Base pay: $136,000–$204,000 per year, plus benefits and equity-based compensation.

What you will do

• Build scripts and AI-assisted automations for account setup, device enrollment, recurring IT fixes, and other repetitive tasks.
• Provide technical support for employees in the office and remotely, troubleshooting hardware, software, audio-visual, and network issues while managing and prioritizing IT tickets.
• Set up the network, devices, AV systems, and conference-room technology for the new New York City office.
• Manage endpoint devices, user accounts, and access controls; identify recurring issues and improve technical processes.
• Coordinate new-hire equipment and account setup with the Onboarding team, support AV for all-hands meetings and events, and maintain IT documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT support or a related field, including troubleshooting hardware, software, AV, and network issues.
• Hands-on experience supporting macOS environments, including networking and security.
• Daily use of AI tools to write scripts, draft documentation, and triage requests.
• Ability to work onsite in the New York City office five days a week.

• Experience supporting IT at a growing startup in the AI ecosystem.
• Experience using a tool such as Serval to automate and triage IT tickets.
• Experience building or hosting a project on Vercel.
