Analyst Relations Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Build Cognition's analyst relations program from the ground up and own relationships with Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and relevant boutique analyst firms.
• Create the annual calendar for briefings and inquiries, prepare internal stakeholders, and communicate a strategic company narrative.
• Run end-to-end submissions for major evaluations, including strategy, questionnaires, demos, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate evaluation work across product, engineering, and marketing.
• Own the customer reference pipeline by recruiting, preparing, and systematizing reference customers.
• Bring analyst insights and validation into the business, Sales, and Marketing.

Requirements

• Long-term interest in analyst relations and experience owning a Magic Quadrant submission, including the RFI, briefing, reference program, and end-to-end process.
• Ability to strategize and draft RFIs for a technical product using internal documentation.
• Experience in product marketing, communications, or go-to-market work for technical products.
• Ability to explain Devin deeply and communicate precisely between engineering and sales.
• Executive presence and ability to prepare internal stakeholders for complete briefings and provide direct feedback.
• Strong project management skills and ability to keep work progressing independently.
• Succinct, prioritized, audience-aware spoken and written communication.
• Highly proactive approach, including experience standing up a function at a fast-growing company and managing people and outcomes.
• Interest in and understanding of engineering products, deep customer empathy, ownership of results, and a bias toward execution.
