Solutions Engineer

Location: Remote (US) or New York City

Base compensation: $156,000–$180,000 USD per year, plus potential performance-based bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own technical discovery with client engineering, data, and business leaders; map architectures and authentication requirements and scope Enterprise Suite use cases.
• Partner with Account Executives on new deals, Implementation on rollouts, and Account Managers on existing accounts throughout the account lifecycle.
• Own proofs of concept and trials, demonstrating how the Enterprise Suite fits client workflows and supporting evaluations through close.
• Guide clients from signed contract to production by authenticating GraphQL requests, deploying across cloud platforms, and configuring SSO and SCIM provisioning.
• Manage technical escalations involving authentication, credentials, licenses, API requests, and logs; provide structured feedback to Engineering and Product.
• Build scripts and internal tools to scale Support and Implementation workflows, including permission updates and content ingestion.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a client-facing technical role, such as solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or sales engineering, working with large enterprise clients.
• Ability to conduct open-ended discovery, ask insightful questions, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Ability to translate technical details into terms relevant to business stakeholders.
• Hands-on engineering experience, including software engineering or projects demonstrating the ability to write and debug code.
• Understanding of REST or GraphQL APIs, OAuth 2.0, SAML, SCIM, and at least one cloud platform: AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
• Ability to deliver for clients, solve new problems independently, and work effectively in ambiguous, high-growth environments while playbooks and enablement are still being developed.
• Strong preference for experience selling to or performing Analyst roles in Banking, Asset Management, Private Markets, or corporate and consulting teams in complex enterprise environments.

• Degree in computer science or a related technical field.
• Experience with MCP, LLM-based workflows, or AI agents.
