Solutions Engineer

Solutions Engineer (Fintech): Partnering with the sales team to demonstrate how hirify.global’s infrastructure solutions address complex business needs with an accent on technical product expertise and deal strategy. Focus on building relationships with technical stakeholders, driving sales enablement, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to solve customer challenges.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco or New York City (Hybrid)

Salary: $180,000–$190,000 OTE

What you will do

• Serve as the technical subject-matter expert for all products throughout the sales cycle.
• Partner with Account Executives to demonstrate how solutions address specific prospect use cases.
• Develop technical sales enablement materials to help the team close deals efficiently.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to drive deal strategy.
• Identify innovative solutions and provide feedback for process improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant sales engineering experience.
• Strong technical understanding to drive selling strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with both business and technical contacts.
• Creative problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Previous start-up experience.
• Experience working at an API company or on an external-facing API team.
