Talent Development Expert V

Location: Austin, TX or Santa Clara, CA, United States; travel required 25% of the time; relocation eligible.

Salary: $140,000.00–$192,500.00 annually.

What you will do

• Conceptualize, develop, and facilitate management and organizational development programs and initiatives across US sites.
• Define and manage complex programs involving business leaders, HR business partners, Talent Development team members, and other HR stakeholders.
• Design innovative learning solutions that change behavior and improve performance, velocity, and scale.
• Deliver management and professional development interventions using expert facilitation skills.
• Use psychometric tools including Lumina, Hogan, Leadership Versatility/LVI, and 360 assessments to draw insights for development.
• Contribute to the development and dissemination of Talent Management Best Known Methods throughout the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in organizational development and/or management development.
• Instructional design experience focused on management development solutions.
• Strategic and systems thinking, including complex change management.
• Ability to engage effectively with leaders and senior stakeholders and influence outcomes.
• Consultative approach to diagnosis and development combined with an execution focus.
• Talent Development program management experience, including aligning multiple priorities, setting lead indicators, and tracking progress toward objectives.
• Experience applying practical tools and models for leadership, management, organizational, team, and talent improvement interventions at scale.
• Global experience and mindset, with flexibility to understand unique business and regional needs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, complex global organization with a clear focus on execution and results.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, diplomacy, collaboration, adaptability, curiosity, and execution skills.
