Treasury Analyst

Location: St. Louis, Missouri, USA; onsite role with hybrid work opportunities.

What you will do

• Manage global cash, short-term investments, debt portfolios, liquidity activities, wire transfer systems, and related operational controls.
• Maintain global bank account structures, bank portals, treasury workstations, payment templates, user entitlements, and security administration.
• Administer Letters of Credit and maintain relationships with banks and third-party service providers.
• Lead implementations of bank services and treasury software, serving as a Treasury subject matter expert on company-wide projects.
• Develop policies, procedures, workflows, and automation to streamline treasury operations and improve efficiency.
• Prepare ad hoc financial and cost-benefit analyses, present findings to management, support FBAR filing, cross-training, employee training, and backup coverage for the Manager of Treasury Operations.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of direct domestic or international treasury experience.
• Strong knowledge of systems and data flows, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies.
• Experience with enterprise resource planning systems, including Oracle, and treasury management systems.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint in a Microsoft Windows environment.
• Working knowledge of banking portals, applications, and services used by large corporate customers.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical ability, communication skills, resourcefulness, ownership, initiative, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate with Treasury, tax, legal, accounting, subsidiary-level counterparts, and other internal departments.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not provided. Temporary visa holders and candidates requiring current or future sponsorship are not eligible.

Nice to have

• MBA or CTP accreditation.
• Experience with treasury management systems.
