Financial Analyst II - Cash Management

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States; hybrid work with 3 days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Perform daily cash management activities, including preparing reports, reconciliations, wires, and payments to trusts.
• Analyze financial information, historical data, trends, and forecasts to support treasury and financial decision-making.
• Maintain bank account and cash activity records and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Resolve daily bank issues and act as a liaison with banks, auditors, vendors, and internal departments.
• Complete special analyses and process improvement initiatives requested by management.
• Mentor junior staff members and support their development.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in cash management or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• High school diploma, associate degree, or master’s degree.
• Knowledge of corporate banking, financial instruments and terminology, financial analysis, and cash management.
• Intermediate Excel experience required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions using good judgment in daily bank activities, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain attention to detail.
• Ability to work with all levels of management through daily interaction and formal presentations.
• Ability to use AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias, integrate AI into workflows, and apply responsible AI practices involving ethics and data protection.

• Exposure to consumer lending, commercial lending, leasing, or corporate banking.
• Query experience.
• Oracle experience.
