Senior Treasury Analyst (FinTech)

Location: Atlanta, GA; hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite at the Atlantic Station office.

What you will do

• Support operating activity for multiple structured finance and credit facilities and develop Treasury subject-matter expertise.
• Set up and initiate wire and ACH disbursements, complete weekly sales of new receivables to special purpose vehicles, and calculate collateral.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting, manage servicer reporting, and maintain interest schedules for outstanding debt.
• Read complex legal documents and apply findings to financing activities and compliance requirements.
• Analyze and communicate the financial impact of business decisions and strategies while partnering with IT and Finance on data accuracy and integrity.
• Support annual audits and collaborate with banks, lenders, and financial partners on transactions, operational matters, and funding needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Treasury, Finance, or Business Analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Decision Sciences, Mathematics, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret complex legal documents.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, large data sets, and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage projects and processes end-to-end and translate business requirements into insights and recommendations through reporting.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, with adaptability, flexibility, and a self-starter mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across internal departments and with external partners.

Nice to have

• Experience with debt formation and capital markets.
• CTP or CFA designation.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and openness to learning AI-enabled tools as their use expands.
