SQA Integration TPM (AI)

Location: Austin, Texas, United States of America; onsite role.

Salary: $105,050–$161,800 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for United States of America candidates.

What you will do

• Develop AI-powered tools and solutions to improve engineering efficiency and effectiveness.
• Design, develop, and integrate AI agents, bots, and automated workflows using APIs and modern AI frameworks.
• Work with complex software systems and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Evaluate complex technical information and drive evidence-based technical decisions.
• Influence stakeholders and coordinate technical programs across software quality and engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong technical background in software development, firmware, software quality, or systems engineering.
• Experience with complex software systems and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles, CI/CD, version control, software testing, and quality engineering practices.
• Experience with Jira, Git, Jenkins, or comparable engineering tools.
• Strong scripting or programming skills, preferably Python.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs, and AI-powered automation.
• Ability to evaluate complex technical information, solve problems, communicate effectively, organize work, and manage stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, influence cross-functional teams, and drive technical decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience with embedded software, Android, Linux, or connected devices.
• Background in software integration, SDET, DevOps, or release engineering.
• Familiarity with LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or other AI agent frameworks.
• Experience with Model Context Protocol, tool calling, RAG, and multi-agent workflows.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with engineering platforms and development tools.
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and software quality metrics.
• Experience applying AI to software development, testing, debugging, or engineering productivity.
• Prior technical program management or technical leadership experience.
