Enterprise AI Portfolio Manager

Location: Hybrid role in Tacoma, Washington, United States

Base salary: $122,000–$183,920 per year, plus corporate bonus.

What you will do

• Own the Enterprise AI portfolio as the single source of truth for scope, priorities, status, dates, dependencies, risks, and owners.
• Design and build AI agents, assistants, and automated workflows from prototype to production using Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Glean, and AWS Bedrock.
• Assess models, platforms, agent patterns, feasibility, cost, effort, and risk before initiatives are committed.
• Plan portfolio capacity and priorities with leadership and business stakeholders while managing internal developers and contractors.
• Coordinate dependencies and risks across Enterprise Architecture, Security, Data, Infrastructure, developers, and business teams.
• Report delivery metrics and business value through roadmaps, QBRs, executive readouts, and recommendations.

Requirements

• 12+ years of technology delivery experience, including hands-on building, and 5+ years leading portfolio or program management across multiple teams.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building generative and agentic AI solutions with frontier models such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, Glean, and Google Gemini.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, Google Vertex AI, and agent frameworks or protocols such as LangGraph, MCP, and A2A.
• Strong knowledge of prompt and context engineering, RAG, vector databases, tool use, multi-agent orchestration, evaluation, observability, and guardrails.
• Experience with capacity planning, Jira portfolio reporting, delivery metrics, business-value measurement, executive storytelling, and QBRs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification.

Hiring process

• The role reports to the Senior Director, Enterprise AI.
• The first-year expectations include taking ownership of portfolio planning, leading an Enterprise AI QBR, reporting metrics, and delivering an AI solution.
