Staff GTM Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote in the United States or Canada; in-person onboarding in Toronto is required for all go-to-market roles. Occasional travel to company offsites, department meetings, and customer events may be required.

Annual base salary: USD 124,000–180,000 for US-based roles or CAD 139,000–202,000 for Canada-based roles, plus commission eligibility.

What you will do

• Design and implement AI-powered solutions across go-to-market tools and workflows.
• Partner with Revenue Operations and GTM leaders to identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases.
• Build automations for data enrichment, lead scoring, summarization, routing, and sales intelligence.
• Develop Python scripts, internal APIs, and integrations connecting SaaS platforms.
• Integrate and evaluate AI and automation platforms including OpenAI, LangChain, Zapier, and Tray.
• Establish scalable, reliable, and well-governed AI workflows and infrastructure.

Requirements

• Experience applying business strategy to go-to-market challenges in Revenue Operations, sales, consulting, or a related function.
• Analytics experience with the ability to turn data and insights into action.
• Strong technical experience with Python, SQL, API integrations, and SaaS automation.
• Experience applying AI to business workflows, governance, infrastructure, or operational processes.
• Understanding of data enrichment, revenue automation, sales intelligence, and systems supporting sales, marketing, and Customer Success.
• Experience deploying internal tools or applications using cloud platforms, Retool, Streamlit, Slack bots, Git, vector databases, or similar technologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with GTM tools such as Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Outreach, Tableau, Looker, or comparable platforms.
