Principal Product Operations & Strategy Manager (Edge & AI Solutions)

Location: Fort Collins, Colorado, United States of America

Salary: $147,050–$230,850 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for United States of America candidates.

What you will do

• Facilitate portfolio planning, quarterly reviews, and cross-team prioritization for Edge & AI offerings.
• Maintain consolidated portfolio roadmaps showing priorities, dependencies, sequencing, and success criteria across hardware, platform, and solution work.
• Develop and improve shared practices for planning, customer validation, discovery, readiness reviews, and outcome tracking.
• Consolidate customer research, product usage, field deployment, and partner feedback into insights and recommendations.
• Facilitate trade-off discussions and coordinate inputs across Product Management, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, data owners, and field teams.
• Prepare executive-ready portfolio reviews, recommendations, and follow-up actions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or portfolio management, including experience with teams delivering software and hardware solutions.
• Experience operating at portfolio level and influencing product direction without direct ownership of individual products.
• Experience establishing or improving product planning cadences, portfolio reviews, or shared product operating practices.
• Ability to facilitate trade-off discussions and gain adoption of shared practices across teams without direct authority.
• Strong qualitative synthesis skills connecting customer insights, deployment experiences, and product signals into clear narratives.
• Experience preparing executive-ready portfolio reviews, recommendations, and trade-off discussions.
• Ability to work with product, engineering, sales, and field teams to source inputs and reconcile conflicting signals.
• Working knowledge of product and business metrics, including interpreting data, identifying gaps, and translating findings into recommendations; ownership of analytics infrastructure is not required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with senior product leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
