Principal Product Manager (AI)

Location: Onsite home office roles in Bentonville, Arkansas or Sunnyvale, California, United States

Annual salary: $110,000–$220,000 in Bentonville or $143,000–$286,000 in Sunnyvale, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Define and evolve product strategy, vision, roadmaps, and priorities across interconnected products and platforms.
• Translate complex enterprise problems and customer insights into product opportunities, requirements, and measurable outcomes.
• Use product data, experimentation, and analytics to guide enterprise decisions and prioritize high-value problems.
• Lead cross-functional delivery with Product, Design, Engineering, Strategy, and Operations.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and emerging technologies to product planning and execution.
• Influence senior stakeholders, improve product management practices, and mentor product managers.

Requirements

• Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related area and 9 years of product management experience.
• Option 2: 11 years of experience in product management or a related area.
• Proven leadership in defining strategy, vision, and roadmaps across interconnected products or platforms.
• Strong product judgment, prioritization, communication, systems thinking, and technical fluency across workflows, data, platforms, and integrations.
• AI fluency and experience applying AI or automation to customer problems.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity, influence senior leaders, and mentor product managers.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related area.
• Experience with consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B or B2C products.
• Supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices.
