Salary: $92,000–$116,500 per year, plus potential bonus and benefits.

• Work with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational and people effectiveness.
• Define and align HR strategy for the assigned area.
• Lead small HR projects and initiatives.
• Use HR systems and processes to deliver operational results.
• Identify business-building opportunities within the HR scope.
• Build capabilities, influence culture, and deliver quality outcomes against goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across levels, geographies, and cultures.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively and efficiently without compromising quality.
• Strong understanding of HR systems and processes, including familiarity with HR fundamentals.
• Learning agility and resilience when working in unfamiliar or changing situations.
• Curiosity about people, with the ability to build trust, listen, and turn insights into better decisions.
