Senior Product Manager, ASC Solutions (Healthcare Automation)

Location: Remote within the United States; occasional travel up to 20%.

Base compensation: $120,155–$185,000 per year.

What you will do

• Define and champion the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for ASC solutions focused on anesthesia and related clinical workflows.
• Own product development and commercialization across market definition, pricing, go-to-market execution, launch readiness, and ongoing performance.
• Become a subject-matter expert on ASC workflows and the competitive landscape by engaging customers, validating opportunities, and testing product hypotheses.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Clinical, Sales, Marketing, Commercial, and Operations without direct authority.
• Make data-informed roadmap decisions balancing innovation, feature development, technical debt, customer value, and business growth.
• Develop value propositions and optimize financial, commercial, and customer outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience developing and managing technology solutions spanning hardware and software.
• Strong understanding of healthcare and automation market, industry, and technology trends.
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines, align stakeholders, and influence without direct authority.
• Ability to break down complex customer, business, and technical challenges into clear, actionable solutions.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet or similar modern product management and collaboration tools.
• Data-driven product management approach, including defining meaningful success metrics and using insights to guide priorities and decisions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, teamwork, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience developing hardware and software products within Healthcare IT, HealthTech, or the Medical Device industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience; MBA or another advanced degree is preferred.
• Customer-facing experience in a technical, product, or consultative capacity.
• Experience managing product development under FDA or other applicable regulatory guidelines.
