Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $103,000–$128,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead product discovery and development for Payment Policy Management and Coding Validation products.
• Create product requirements documents with prioritized features and business intent.
• Collaborate with software development teams to define, prioritize, and deliver product capabilities.
• Develop product positioning, messaging, marketing collateral, and client-facing materials.
• Support client product requests and conduct product demonstrations.
• Estimate scope, effort, and budgets for planned initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong analytical and product management skills, including translating client business needs into application and operational requirements.
• Demonstrated success defining and launching products to market.
• Experience with the software development life cycle and cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate regulatory and clinical requirements into technical solutions and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with Office applications, Atlassian Jira, Claude, and database interaction capabilities.

Nice to have

• Healthcare experience.
• Product management certification.
