Manufacturing Solutions Engineer (Manufacturing SaaS)

Location: Remote (United States); preferred Mountain, Central, or Eastern US time zones; 35% travel to global customer sites required. Office space available in Burlington, MA.

What you will do

• Lead customer implementations from discovery and planning through training and go-live, meeting agreed timelines and adoption goals.
• Define customer goals, milestones, success measures, and practical plans for measurable results.
• Coach customers on incorporating hirify.global into daily workflows and continuous improvement practices.
• Facilitate customer working sessions, kaizens, and onsite engagements with frontline teams and business leaders.
• Use adoption and operational data to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
• Partner with Customer Success and internal teams on account planning, issue resolution, customer feedback, retention, and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• Manufacturing experience is required, including the ability to understand manufacturing KPIs, pain points, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ability to explain how hirify.global drives measurable improvements in plant-floor performance.
• Experience leading implementations, improvement projects, or technology adoption.
• Ability to translate customer goals into practical plans and measurable results.
• Strong facilitation, training, and project management skills.
• Comfort working with both frontline employees and senior leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple customer priorities and follow through on commitments.
• Willingness to travel to global customer sites.

Nice to have

• Experience with manufacturing software, B2B SaaS, Lean, or kaizen facilitation.
