Permitting Coordinator

hirify.global is recruiting for a leading national home builder developing residential communities across multiple markets and counties.

What you will do

• Prepare and submit permit applications and track them through approval.
• Review construction documents for accuracy and completeness before submission.
• Support builders with documentation, correspondence, and project coordination.
• Organize and maintain accurate permitting job files and local project records.
• Apply for job site utilities according to county requirements and submit Architectural Review Board applications.
• Track permits across county systems, prepare builder packages, issue project release notifications, and record Notices of Commencement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related administrative or permitting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and multitask effectively.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
