Lead DevOps Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Define, govern, and drive adoption of enterprise-wide DevOps, Platform Engineering, and Observability standards.
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliable application deployments.
• Manage and improve AWS infrastructure across ECS, EKS, and EC2, including containerized workloads with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, and document infrastructure, processes, and runbooks.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot staging and production issues, and maintain logging, alerting, and incident response processes.
• Improve reliability, performance, and AWS cost efficiency, including through responsible AI-assisted tooling for Terraform modules and Kubernetes/ECS manifests.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, particularly ECS, EKS, and EC2.
• Experience writing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools, especially Grafana.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
• Experience with containerization using Docker; working knowledge of Linux systems and networking fundamentals.
• Scripting experience with Bash, Python, or similar technologies.
• Ability to independently handle daily infrastructure and deployment tasks, debug application and infrastructure issues, take ownership of services, and escalate complex architectural decisions when appropriate.
• Ability to proactively identify reliability, performance, and cost improvements, including applying AI to DevOps practices such as infrastructure automation, CI/CD optimization, incident investigation, observability, and operational efficiency.
