Warehouse Group Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico; onsite warehouse operations

What you will do

• Supervise warehouse operations covering receiving, storage, picking, distribution, inventory control, and shipments.
• Coordinate operational teams while enforcing safety policies, quality standards, and organizational procedures.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Track and report warehouse KPIs, including cycle times, inventory turns, picking accuracy, and inbound and outbound performance.
• Manage audits, operating budgets, contingency plans, and cost-efficiency initiatives.
• Develop training plans and maintain effective communication with internal and external customers.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience supervising warehouses or logistics operations.
• Leadership, decision-making, analytical thinking, adaptability, customer focus, ethics, and professionalism.
• Experience with inventory management, warehouse control, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems; Baan knowledge is preferred.
• Advanced English, both oral and written.
• Valid passport and visa required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
