Production Control Analyst

Location: On-site in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico

What you will do

• Create production plans for assigned units and final production areas based on customer order status.
• Maintain and improve planning KPIs, including On-Time to Promise performance.
• Reduce past-due backlog to 3.5% or less of total backlog.
• Support Supply Analysts and develop expertise in Material Requirements Planning.
• Analyze material shortages and develop strategies to execute the production plan.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent field.
• Five years of experience as a Planner or Buyer, including production planning and raw material procurement.
• Experience in an Engineer-to-Order manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of MRP and SAP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
