Deployment Strategist (AI)

Location: On-site in San Francisco or New York City, United States

Salary: $145K–$175K annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Lead customer journeys end-to-end from ideation through launch.
• Build consultative relationships with stakeholders across multiple business units and organizational levels.
• Translate customer objectives into actionable strategies with research and engineering teams.
• Identify opportunities where hirify.global’s data and research insights can create value.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans, align stakeholders, guide decision and review processes, and advance mutual close plans.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in deployment strategy, consulting, product or program management, founding, or a related field, ideally at a fast-growing startup or technology company.
• Familiarity with the AI training lifecycle and strong technical intuition about high-quality training data for advanced AI systems.
• Ability to design and execute strategies to capture, grow, and retain revenue.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven project management expertise, strong attention to detail, and exceptional organizational ability.
• Deep experience building and managing cooperative relationships across technical teams and senior executives.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, undefined situations while contributing to both solution design and execution.
• Proven B2B client-facing experience, including opportunity generation and closing complex solutions for technical customers.
• Education or professional experience in computer science, engineering, data science, statistics, or another STEM field.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data science-related programming languages.
